The NORTH NOTTS NON -TOXIC PRINTMAKING WORKSHOP was opened in summer 2006 by professional Artist Sarah Godfrey.The aim being to create an awareness of non- toxic printmaking techniques through provision of high quality courses and exhibiting opportunities.

The Workshop is situated in the beautiful grounds of Welbeck Abbey in the Dukeries area of Nottinghamshire and is one of 24 others forming the Harley Foundation Artists Studios.

All materials are provided*and at the end of all courses you will have completed a series of Artist quality prints to take home and display.

Courses are available at weekends, on weekdays and in the evenings and new for 2007 there will be a series of residential taster and professional courses organised to be held over 3 days, including accommodation, food and social events.

1:1 courses can be organised to suit your specific needs, for those who would prefer.

Courses are kept small, to a maximum of five people, in order to give each person enough space and time to gain as much as possible from the experience.

After attending a course you may feel you would like to continue your printmaking but do not have the facilities to do so at home. There is the opportunity to come and use the workshops facilities on an OPEN ACCESS basis. This will be charged at an hourly rate of £2.50 plus materials.
